Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Kaplan, Louisiana headquarters! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to select Asian countries and some remote areas. You’ll see availability during checkout.
What are my shipping options?
Choose what works best for you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
My Mama & Me set arrived separately – why?
While we try to ship coordinating sets together, sometimes items come from different locations in our warehouse. Don’t worry – the second package should arrive shortly! Check your tracking emails for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (excluding final sale and personalized plush gifts). Visit our Returns Center to initiate a return. Please note:
- Items must be unworn/unused with tags attached
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
What if I received a damaged item?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right immediately!
