Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to bring our premium baby products to your doorstep:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking information
Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations not covered by our standard shipping). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your Tullabee purchases. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process makes exchanges or returns simple.
Return Policy Basics
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized gifts (including monogrammed items from our Gifts collection)
- Plush toys (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Please include:
- The item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached
- The original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- The RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline to Appear: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
